Is a nationwide programme looking into human-wildlife encounters in the UK. It utilises cutting-edge technology, field methods and community engagement to understand where and why these encounters occur.
The Humber part of the project is being overseen by the University of Hull. They are looking for volunteers with a spare 2-4 hours a week to help monitor these interactions.
All you need is to be over 18 and have a smartphone, be able to travel ~1.5km within the study area and have a passion for helping future scientific research.
Any questions about volunteering should be directed to Dr Blake Morton (b.morton@hull.ac.uk).
