Join us on Wednesday 9th December 2026 at Hull’s Guildhall for a morning of engaging talks, networking, and an opportunity to hear about exciting work across the Humber.
Delegates will hear about a range of projects and initiatives, including:
Alkborough Flats: 20 years since the completion of Alkborough Flats, Andrew Taylor will speak about how Alkborough Flats has changed from farmland to a crucial part of the Humber’s flood resilience network during the past two decades.
DUNE Project: Josh Forrester will speak about the DUNE Project (Dynamic Understanding of the Natural Environment) and how it is addressing recreational pressure on the Cleethorpes coastline.
Future Humber - Shaping Humber’s Next Chapter Together: Exploring how businesses, communities and environmental partners can help shape and champion a shared vision for Humber.
More speakers to be announced in the coming weeks.
The event is free to attend, but places are limited, so booking is essential for what promises to be an interesting and informative morning.
Registration will open at 09:30 am, and the conference will close with lunch served at 12:40 pm.
